Essential oils are highly concentrated plant components that are distilled or cold pressed parts of leaves, flowers, roots, stems, fruits, woods, and seeds.
Within seconds of inhaling or applying oils, the plant molecules travels through our nervous system to your brain. Within 2 minutes the molecules can be found in our bloodstream and within 20 minutes of applying oils they can be found in every cell of our body.
These are powerful little tools to have in your home apothecary. Or you just want your home smell a little extra luxurious.
I lead a community of likeminded people in pursuing low-toxic living and natural wellness. WAYS TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS
Aromatically:
One of most popular ways to feel the different benefits of essential oil, inhaling them from a diffuser, directly inhale when applied to your body, adding them in a hot bath or using them in a massage oil.
Topically:
I love using oils topically, which means using them on my skin. I always dilute the essential oil depending what strength is appropriate for my age, targeted problem and medications I take. Each oil has specific instructions for dilution and how to use it, so just tap into the wisdom of evidence based info in our members community group (The EO Family Co. where we talk all things oil)
Cleaning:
There are very specific dilution rates when it comes to making your own cleaning sprays with essential oils. They are easy switcher-outers from highly toxic chemicals that are likely to exist among your cleaning products. One example is mixing 3-5 drops of essential oils to 10ml soap, and adding that to a spray bottle. Another very affective household cleaner is the pre-made Thieves cleaner that works to clean whatever shit there exist in a home. Can’t recommend the Thieves cleaning line enough.

The Seed to Seal process that Young Living use when creating their essential oils is an extremely thorough process that protects the production of the essential oil from the moment the seed is planted in the ground, to the moment it is bottled and sealed. Young Living is the leading company of selling essential oils and have many farms all over the world - many which you can also visit - to see exactly where the ingredients of your products are created.
I mean, have you ever heard of a company with farms all over the world where the plants are keeping their high standards by weeds being picked by hand, and instead of pesticides they use their own essential oils?! That’s the Rolls Royce of essential oils if you ask me.
I used a couple of other brands before switching to Young Living’s and I’m glad I was introduced as I haven’t seen a company more intentional, thorough, concerned about the sustainability of the lands they grow on and the quality of their products.
